Is the Employer Liability total include all the taxes and paid by Employer and NOT paid by employee - ie. Fed withholding? I'm using the ADP Payroll Taxes report.

What are you trying to do? Are you the employer or the employee? What are you using the ADP report for? If you are filing your own personal tax return, you cannot use the ADP Payroll report. You need your W-2.
