I paid $167.29 to use TurboTax in 2021.  Is that deductible in any way for my 2021 tax calculation?

The Trump tax increase, aka the "Tax Cuts and Jobs Act", eliminated that deduction for tax years 2018-2025 unless you're self-employed.

No.   Miscellaneous deductions such as tax preparation costs were eliminated as a federal deduction when the tax laws changed for 2018 and beyond.
