Is it to late to file my taxes for 2017
No it is not too late--but you cannot use online software or e-file. Online preparation and e-filing for 2017 is permanently closed, Now you need to use desktop software and print, sign and mail your 2017 tax return. If you are getting a refund, there is no penalty for filing late. If you owe tax due, your interest and penalty has been accruing since the filing deadline of April 18, 2018--and the IRS will bill you later for that (TurboTax will not calculate interest or late filing penalties).
If you need to prepare a return for 2015, 2016, or 2017 you can purchase and download desktop software to do it, then print, sign, and mail the return(s)

Remember to prepare your state return as well—if you live in a state that has a state income tax.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS received the return.

Note: Desktop software requires a full PC or Mac—it cannot be installed to a mobile device
