Is it possible to transfer information from my wife’s turbo tax account to this account for the purpose of married filing jointly?

No.  TurboTax accounts cannot be combined.  If you are using your account and want to change to a joint return, click edit by your own name in My Info.  Go through the screens to the question "Were you married.." Say yes.  Then it will ask if you want to file together with your spouse.  Say yes again.  Then you will be able to enter information about your wife--name, SSN, etc.  As you enter income etc. there will be spots with each name by them when you enter data.  Pay attention to which name you use.
