Is form 2210AI required? I do not have that form. I'm out of country and can't receive call from Turbo Tax. I can't skip past it or I can't file taxes?

I do not have form 2210AI but TT requires filling in columns. How do I file electronically? Can I delete the request? Where would I find this form?
