Is calafornia health and wellness a marketplace plan?

If you received a 1095-A, then your answer will be yes. 

However, if you receive a 1095-B or a 1095-C, you will answer No that it is not part of Marketplace.

I've done some research and it doesn't seem to be. 

Marketplace plans must issue a 1095-A.  Non-Marketplace plans issue 1095-B or 1095-C.

Only 1095-A must be entered into TurboTax.  1095-B or 1095-C is only held for your records.
