Is anyone having a problem with their income not being downloaded in the Turbo program?

I have been using TurboTax for several years and I’ve never encountered this problem. Does anyone know of an easy solution to get this information?

What income are you having trouble entering?   Please explain.  All of your 2023 income must be entered before you file.   There are various ways to enter income---and "downloading" , snapping photos or  importing are not always the ways you need to use.  Sometimes you have to key in the information by hand.
