Is anyone else missing the robot verification process on the transmit my returns now page?

I see you are using Firefox. Are you using any script blockers such as NoScript? Also, you may wish to update your Firefox for security reasons. The current version is Firefox 57, so you are quite a bit behind on updates.

Do you have a different browser to try to see if you can see all of the page elements? Can you test it with Internet Explorer, for instance?

I am on a mac with Chrome. I cleared my cookies, reloaded the page, and turned of adblocker and it worked.

If your "Transmit Returns Now" button is not working, it may be due to a CAPTCHA not appearing, where one would need to checkmark "I am not a robot."

Log out and clear your browser Internet cache.
Close the browser and reopen it.
Make sure cookies are allowed/enabled in your browser settings so the CAPTCHA will appear.
Log in and try again.
If still unsuccessful, do all the above, then this time open a private window/private browsing (aka "incognito mode").
Log in with the private window (again making sure cookies are allowed) and try the efile again

NOTE: Or are you using any script blockers/ad blockers? If so, perhaps that is blocking the CAPTCHA.

If that doesn't work, see if a different browser (with cookies allowed) will solve it.
