Is anyone else getting their Illinois e-file return transmission rejected?

What is the exact rejection message/code? Here are the most common ones:

Your Illinois PIN is a number assigned to you by the state of IL for electronic filing of your return. You must have this number in order to e-file with the state of Illinois.

The IL drivers license information provided as your Illinois Electronic Signature did not match what is on record with the Illinois Department of Motor Vehicles.
