I am getting error message 42016 which say it cannot update. Have uninstalled and installed software several times even with tech support from Turbo Tax. I have paid for the installation online and then brought the software on CD and reinstalled it several times and I still get the same error.
Using Turbo Tax Premier 2019 and trying to import a PDF of my completed 2019 taxes and the program (disk purchased from Costco 2019), will not import. I have completed the online updates. I would like to file the taxes electronically instead of printing out and mailing the PDF with documents to the IRS. I am not going to re-enter my info and start my taxes over. HELP!!!
