IRS website not configured correctly for me to use my Android phone. I have no access to a regular computer

When using IRS non-filer form on their website I am able to complete the forms but at the very end I cannot reach the complete and send button because of the configuration of the website.

Unfortunately, we cannot help you with the IRS website configuration. However, TurboTax has a tool for non-filers. Visit our Stimulus Registration tool to check eligibility for the stimulus and register.
