IRS stamp or endorsement on my personal check

I received the process check for my tax payments from my bank, but the endorsement on the back says it’s Irs, but it looks sketchy. Also I received a notice from a relative saying the payment wasn’t applied, but someone else have paid my taxes that sounds incredulous, but I wanna know what the endorsement stamp looks like

I looked up mine.  My Sept 2024 IRS estimated payment check on my bank checking account statement says
Withdrawl-ACH-A-1461065 #6663 US TREASURY IRS ACH TRANSACTION (PAYMENT)
They post it as a ACH withdrawal and the actual check is not processed so there is no picture of the check.
