There are two places to find it but the easiest is to click the page for "Other tax situations" and look for the section for "IP PIN" or "Identity protection PIN." This is a 6 digit code assigned by the IRS that is mailed to the taxpayer, changes every year, and is used when the taxpayer is a past victim of identity theft.
