Tried the option IRS 800,829.1040 option 2-1-3-2; no enter, option 2 method. every day for 24 days in a row. Get "due to high volume of calls we ar are unable to take your call, call back another time" .. Any other options? Local IRS will NOT schedule an appt.

Guess I should add that my return was accepted by the IRS 2/18 so it has been 40 days since accepted.
