IRS payment plan?

I setup my payment plan when filing this year.
However I just received a letter in the mail from the IRS saying I have a balance due.
Can I ignore this or should i follow through on irs.gov?

IRS payment plan?

If IRS does not approve your installment plan they will contact you.

In this case, due to confusion, it would be best to call the IRS to find out what is going on.
