IRS Notice CP24 sent to me regarding an error in the amount of estimated taxes I paid last year. This was caused by Turbo tax rounding off my actual payments. How to fix?

The error was only $1.12 but is was caused by Turbo Tax. I have been unable to report to them. Is there a fix or should I just stop using Turbo Tax!
