Not sure what  your question is but if the program states that one or more of your forms are not finalized yet, then you need to come back when the forms are available to finish your return.  The IRS is not even accepting e-filed returns, the IRS states their e-file system will not be open until at least Jan. 27th.

There are a number of 2020 forms  — including the Form 1040 now that the 2nd stimulus passed — that are still being revised by the IRS and the states.  Click on the REVIEW tab to see what form(s) you are waiting for and when it is estimated to be ready (when operational ….and dates are subject to change) ...

If you are upset because you cannot e-file yet-----the IRS is not accepting tax returns until the end of January.  Even if you e-file now, all it does is send your e-file to sit on a server until the end of the month.  While it is pending on the server, you cannot fix or change anything if you receive more stimulus money or another  W-2, etc.  You are not missing anything by not filing today.
