Irs does not have previous year return 2016 yet so confirming previous agi does not match what i reported for 2017

2016 filed by mail same day as 2017 was efiled on Saturday 1/27

now 2017 efile rejected because they don't have 2016 agi yet which was filed by mail on same day

what should I do

Enter "0". Your 2016 tax return may take 6 or more weeks to show in the IRS system, therefore the IRS will not have an AGI for your 2016.
