IRS deductions

Hi,

Not sure what to put for IRA donations since I had Fidelity Investments take over from Fidelity Financial Engines. My 401k was re-distributed and no money was taken from it... They sent forms1099, Consolidation 8736, Rollover IRA 5498 and ROTH IRA 5498. I haven't a clue and hoping you can please help.

Did you make an out-of-pocket contribution to an IRA? This is what represents an IRA donation.

All of the adjustments to 401K's 1099-R's and consolidated forms are all different events.
