Only recently did I catch a mistake in backdoor roth contributions. In summary I did not correctly track my non-deductible traditional IRA contributions and was taxed on conversions. Listing my individual questions below as well as the 2019-2023 overview.
Questions
1) How many 8606 forms do I need to refile? Since the mistake goes back to 2019 do I need to refile that one was well or can I start in 2020 since you can only amend 3 years prior for credit?
2) Can I submit all refiles of my 8606 and 1040X at the same time for years 2020,2021, 2023. Are there any forms or support I need to include and do I need to refile each return with the same supporting files or can it be bundled?
3) Given the tax deadline for 2024 is approaching, how should I currently handle my 2024 forms 8606 knowing the prior amendments are unlikely to be accepted
Overview

2021) Made non-deductible contribution to Traditional IRA, did not track prior basis. Also converted Traditional IRA to Roth which was taxed due to not recording basis
2022) Made non-deductible contribution to Traditional IRA, did not track prior basis
2023) Made non-deductible contribution to Traditional IRA, did not track prior basis. Also converted Traditional IRA to Roth which was taxed due to not recording basis

You can only go back three years to amend a return to receive a refund, but if you owe taxes you can go back further. So, you would only amend beyond the previous three years to report taxes you owe.
You can submit the amended returns at the same time. You can bundle supporting files as long as you make it clear to the individual processing the amended returns what you are doing.
You should complete your current Form 8606 correctly, reflecting the changes you made to the ones from previous years.
