Is it possible to get pin number from a tax preparer in person?

If you are referring to the 6 digit Identity Protection PIN (IP PIN), the answer is No. You can only get the IP PIN from the IRS.

It's not clear what kind of number you are looking for. There is no such thing as an IPIN. Do you want an Identity Protection PIN? An e-filing PIN? Or when you wrote IPIN did you mean ITIN? What do you want the number for?
