Ip Pin...

I filed my taxes using efile.  They were rejected due to no @pippin0   I have not been a victim of identity theft, and I did not receive anything in the mail regarding an IP Pin.  The IRS phone number isn't working due to no one being in the office because of Covid19.  I, therefore, have no way to solve this issue.  

I can't get the IP PIN reissued because no one answers the phone.  I didn't have one to start with.  In order to get one online, I have to have a credit card, a student loan, a mortgage in my name.  I don't have any of those.  What am I supposed to do?  :(

That should say @IPpin... not pippin.  lol
