IP pin issues

Keep getting rejected on my return, error code IND-181-01, first taxpayer. I retrieved my IP pin for this year,(never got a letter), entered it, submitted and got rejected. Had my dependent retrieve his IP pin as he was issued one 2yrs ago, ( used the one issued for this year), entered that and still got rejected. Any ideas?

    Try these steps:

    1. Sign in to your account and select the Fix my return button.
    2. Select the Fix It Now button under FEDERAL Return Rejected.
    3. On the Let's fix your returns and then refile screen, select Fix it now.
    4. Enter your IP PIN in the field provided and select Continue.
      • If you weren't able to find your IP PIN, select I can't find my IP PIN. We'll give you a phone number to call at the IRS or you can select File by Mail if you can't get a new IP PIN.
    5. Confirm your IP PIN on the Make sure you're using your Identity Protection PIN screen is correct, and then select This is my assigned IP PIN - Continue.
    6. Select the Continue to refile button to e-file your return again.

I am currently having an issue with our IP PIN.  Turbo Tax only allows 5 digits for a pin, but the PIN is 6 digits.  How do we get around this?
