I am having this same issue that folks were having earlier in the year. I had already netfiled 7 returns prior to April 30 with no issues. I went to file my return today and I get this internet connectivity issue. I have restarted my modum, turned my firewall off and ran TT as administrator and was able to netfile my spouse's return, then tried to netfile mine in the same session and got the same error message. The continual trouble shooting has me at 4 attempts now....so I need the solution that will work. I call TT and only get AI.
