How do I get to down load  the 2020 Turbo tax deluxe

2020 is no longer available nor is is supported or updated.   You are too late to use TT to prepare a 2020 return, and too late to get a refund for a 2020 return; any 2020 refund has been forfeited.   If you owe tax due for 2020, it is owed with late filing penalties and interest, though.

You might be able to find some other tax software for a 2020 return, or you could seek help from a local tax preparer.
