install TT2019 on a new pc after installing it in 2020 on, apparently 5 PCs I scrapped already?

I must activate TT2019 to look at older returns and I'm getting 'you already installed it 5 times'. Yes, I did, but it was on old PCs I already scrapped. So, any suggestions, short of 're purchase a license'.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Adrian.
