The address on the W-2's that have to be entered do not have to have the same address that is on your tax return. This is not an issue with the IRS or any state. Enter the W-2's as received.

In general, enter the information (like addresses) 'as is 'from your W-2s. It is the address in your My Info or Personal Info that matters because that is where the IRS will mail things, if needed.
So long as the numbers (like your SSN) are correct on your W-2s, don't worry about mailing addresses on your W-2s.
