My tax refund was offset due to my husband’s student loans. H&R block then made me mail an injured spouse form with a copy of the original tax return. I saw online that we needed to mail it with our W2. Will that cause a delay ?

The injured spouse return will delay the refund for 11-14 weeks. See link below

What do you do if its past the 14 weeks? They said they are behind due to the government shut down in January.  I've seen plenty of chat boards where people are getting there amendments in 8 to 12 weeks.  Mines was shown as received on 4/29/19.  Do they give you the run around if they have to pay you alot back. I'm due to get around $13,000 back

All you can do is wait ... those forms are taking a long time to process. Next time file the form WITH the return to speed things up a bit.
