Initial file saving in TurboTax Deluxe

When I went to enter my capital gains  the program suggested that I upgrade to Premier so I clicked on the upgrade button.  Program advised me that it would have to save.  I clicked ok.  The save file dialog box opened with a suggested file name .  I clicked save.  I received a message that C:\Users\resan***********  file not found.  Check file name and try again.  

Don't know why it was looking for a file that doesn't exist yet?  Can't get beyond this point.  Can someone point me in the right direction?  I have tried to uninstall the program and install a downloaded version and get the same results.

Found the problem.  Windows wouldn't allow TurboTax to change files.  A security thing.  Had to manually grant permission. All is well now.
