This appears to be an invalid entry for county. Are you subject to any county tax in Indiana, and if so, have you entered the correct name for the county?

There has been an update for Indiana. Please run through the Indiana interview again and submit for e-file again.

I had the same problem and refiled yesterday when it said the new codes would be updated but it was rejected again. I'm refiling again now.
