Infinite loop in TurboTax Premier 2024

I am using TurboTax Premier 2024 desktop version. I got an infinite loop as below:

1. When I finished my California state tax (in the "state taxes" tab) and clicked "Done with State" button, it automatically switched to the next tab "Review" and stops at the first step "Live Tax Advice".

2. I click "skip for now", it moves the second step "analysis".

3. I click "continue". After the progress bar reached the right end, it said "select continue to see your result".

4. I click "continue", it said "Let's finish your California taxes first!". There are two buttons below: "delete my CA return" and "Let's finish CA now".

5. I click "Let's finish CA now, it jumps to the "state taxes" tab, which makes me back to #1 above.

From #4, it seems that the app thinks I have not finished the state tax. How do I finish it, and jump out this infinite loop?
