To file for 2023 I must enter an AGI for me and my spouse from 2022. We file jointly. What is her AGI?

If you filed a joint return for 2022, the amount on line 11 of your 2022 Form 1040 is exactly the same amount for each of you.

If you filed your 2022 tax return as Married Filing Jointly the 2022 AGI is the same for the both of you, Form 1040 Line 11 on the 2022 federal tax return.
