I entered in the wrong bank account for my direct deposit refund. I contacted my bank on Feb 25th and they stated that they sent it back to the IRS. I called IRS and they stated that a paper check would be mailed and should expect it end of may, beginning of June. I was just checking on that status but they are not accepting phone calls. Can you please assist?

Unfortunately we are unable to expedite your refund with the IRS. They currently are not accepting telephone calls as you stated therefore you will need to check back with the IRS once they are accepting calls again.
In the meantime check back with Where’s My Refund? it has the most up to date information available about your refund. The tool is updated daily (usually overnight) so you will just usually need to check once a day.
