Incomplete Transfer of Previous Year's Tax Return

When I transferred my 2019 return into TurboTax 2020 to get started with my new return, the transfer only captured half of my previous year's 1099R forms.  This forced me to have to re-enter the missing 1099R forms into the 2020 return.  I checked the previous year's return to confirm that the missing 1099Rs were there.  They were.  I've been using TurboTax for 20 years and this is the first time this has ever happened.  Seems like a bug in 2020 TurboTax.
