In TurboTax Premier (CD or Online), does it include prepare and print out for TWO states (CA, OR) returns ? does it include any free e-file for state return ?

With the CD version, you get one free State program, to file another state you would need to pay for the second state.  There is no free e-file for the State return, you can mail in the return to avoid the State e-file charge.  In the CD version you do get 5 free Federal e-files.

The Online version, you pay for each state return.  There is no charge to e-file a State Online.
