The returns are show Self-prepared, how do I change this to my name on the Federal and State tax forms?

You do NOT sign as the preparer ... you are not a paid professional ... instead you sign as POA.

In the MY INFO section you will indicate the decedent's date of death and then later you will sign the return as POA.  Follow the interview step by step.
