How much extra does it cost to e-file KY and WV State Returns when i purchase TurboTax Premier + State 2018 Tax Software [PC/Mac Disc]?

In the Desktop program each state (including the first one) is 19.99 to efile.  Which goes up to 24.99 in March.  I think it was March 1 last year when the early prices expired.  Or you can print and mail state for free.

Oh and you will also need to buy the second state program download for 39.99/44.99.  You only get 1 free state program.
