I have a 1099 div not from a bank or broker. Do i have to skip the the choosing of the bank. It has a non divided distribution box filled how do I file?

I'm using a tablet trying to file my 1099 div from a corporation. Not a bank or broker

In the 1099-DIV interview, don't try to choose a bank or brokerage - check the box "I'll type it in myself". 

On the next screen ("Let's get the details..."), type in the name of the Payer and check "My form has info in more than just these boxes". See attached screenshot.

These steps will enable you to enter the name of the payer and the non-dividend distribution.
