In Report 2018 Return Information, why does Tax Before Credits show $0.00 when I did have taxes for that in that line on my 2018 return?

I had entered Tax (Form 1040 line 12a) as $0 because I had no child tax credit in the Form 1040 2018.

I am sorry, but we do not have access to your TurboTax Account here on the Community Board.  If you have a copy of your actual 2018 tax return, use the data from that form to fill out this section.

Thank you for your reply. I don't know what it means to have access to my account in a community forum. I would prefer a private conversation instead on account specifics. I am using my 2018 return to fill it up. Ok, I will continue proceeding with that. Thank you.
