In health insurance tab, it asks if I'm covered by these plans. I am covered by Cigna; I have my 1099-HC form with me. How would I enter the information?

In health insurance, you can just indicate that you were covered all year. On the next screen, if the conditions don't apply, select "No".

1099-HC is an informational form, you don't need to enter the information from it.
