In appropriate access to personal information

Is it Turbo Tax policy to access personal information through a cellular device while on the phone with customer support?

 

I was on the phone with customer service and then later received an email on my work email, which I did not provide over the phone, asking me about my experience. I feel like this is a severe violation of my personal privacy since I never consented to giving my work email to anyone and was never asked for my work email while on the phone.
