Importing Tax Documents

When I click on "Add W2" I get a blank screen and nothing happens.  How can I do my taxes if I can't even get my W2 information added?

Use the option to type it in yourself.

If I click "Update" under "Wages and Salaries" I also get a blank screen.  I don't see any option to manually input my W2 details.

Which TurboTax program are you using?

The TurboTax online web-based edition?

Or the TurboTax desktop CD/Download edition installed on a personal computer?  If the desktop edition, which operating system, Windows or Mac?

It's the Windows download edition.

@MJPumper1 Try this procedure -

Save your tax return and close the TurboTax program

Right click on the TurboTax icon

Click on Properties

Click on the Compatibility tab

Check the box Run this program as an administrator

Click on Apply and OK

Start the TurboTax program and see if the problem persists

This appears to have worked as I can now enter info from my W2.  Thank you so much!
