Importing from Financial Institution

I import documents from my login to our (husband and wife) institution.  Then I try to import the wife's data and it logs me automatically (no 2FA) back into mine and tries to import my data again.  I quit the app and try again - same thing.   No 2FA is a problem.  But also, I want to import her data!

contact the institution to see if it's possible and if so how to do it. everyone is a little different.
