After going through all the steps to import from Charles Schwab the screen comes back with Success We have your tax documents. You can now return to Turbo Tax. Problem is there are no imported documents in Turbo Tax. So is this a Schwab problem or a Turbo Tax problem? Using Firefox as my browse over VPN.

I'm still having problems with my Desktop TT Schwab import. I was able to connect with Schwab and received the following message:
Is your TurboTax software updated to the latest version?
How do I update my TurboTax CD/Download software program?
Yes my TT is updated
Found that my web browser was blocking the import.
Changed "Default Web Browser" to Microsoft Edge...
It works perfectly fine now!!!
