You could try importing the document again.  If this does not work, then you will need to manually enter the information from your tax documents into TurboTax.

Follow the steps in the TurboTax FAQ below:

How do I submit a bug request since the import is clearly not working?  It is advertised that I can import my 1099-INT from Ally and it is NOT working.  Please advise.

Also, not working for me.

This is a known issue in the community for over a year now but TurboTax has not fixed it.

For Ally Bank 1099-INT, TT only imports the first one or two, then you have to manually enter the rest of them.

There is another thread here on it:  <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/3511076-turbotax-is-only-importing-half-of-my-ally-bank-1099-int-s...>
Or search for "Turbotax is only importing half of my Ally Bank 1099-INT's available when I compare them with the hard copies provided by the bank."

It will be interesting to see if this anomoly is still there - January 2019 -
as I have my TT2018, and ALLY just released their 1099-INT forms.
The issue is that the forms have a 1st page with account info, then a 2nd page with all the boilerplate text, followed by the 3rd/4th pages for the other accounts.
I've felt in past years that TTax gets tripped up by the boilerplate page and STOPS looking for any other data accounts - so you ONLY get to IMPORT what's listed on the 1st page -

We will see how the 2018 Import goes - as of January 2019 -

Just tried the 2018 import from ALLY - and yeah, as of Jan 24, 2019 - still a problem....
Only imported the accounts on the 1st page - and nothing from page 3,4

Again, not working for 2023 Taxes!

You could try importing the document again.  If this does not work, then you may need to manually enter the information from your tax documents into TurboTax.

If you are using TurboTax Online, you can try a different browser and also try clearing out your browser's cache and cookies. Please see How do I delete cookies? and How to clear your cache for more information.

There are some helpful tips in this article, click here What if I can't import my 1099? for those helpful instructions.

There are some limitations on transactions and the import file size (4 MB).

Finally, if you're still not able to import your 1099, you can always enter it manually. Select Type it in myself and proceed.
