Importing documents

I had a problem importing 1099 brokage information. I went thru the steps on the screen and got a message that download was complete and continue with TT. But the results never showed up on my return. I may have used the wrong program as there were 4 to choose from. I used one that said banks etc. Where did my information go and which program do I need to use.?

this may be the issue with browser permissions that a lot of people have encountered, see this thread for info on how to resolve.
