importing 1099 from JP morgan issues

I'm trying to import JP morgan 1099-DIV, 1099-INT, etc (and the documents are available for import) and after the bank log-in info is put in, the correct accounts are selected, the website says "connection complete. Success! We got your tax data. You can now return to TurboTax."

 

then turbotax (desktop - Premiere) very briefly says/flashes "importing" but then a popup says "this import was unsuccessful. Select Skip Import and we'll help you enter it manually so you can keep working on your taxes."

 

obviously the log-in was correct, turbotax was able to see the relevant accounts, but it's the last step of getting it into the turbotax software that didn't work. 

 

any ideas?
