Importing 1099 form from TD ameritrade

This year, while using 2022 TurboTax Premier, I am having problem importing 1099-form information from TD Ameritrade. In Turbotax, TD Ameritrade is listed in the institutions name list and last year, I had no problem importing. However, this year, I could import the information from Fidelity but not from TD Ameritrade. Does any on have a solution short of manually doing it?

    Are you getting a specific error when trying to import from TD Ameritrade?

    I am paraphrasing here, but it reads as "make sure there are 9 digits without the dashes" which is what I filled in the Document ID box, and tried several times to no avail.

    You will want to make sure that you capitalize the letters in the document ID.
