I'm having trouble importing my 1099 composite from Schwab. TT opens a browser window allows me to login to my Schwab account. I think click on the third-party access agreement legal mumbo-jumbo and then click "done" and it connects and says I can now go back to Intuit; but when I go back to my return in Intuit, there is no data there at all.

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser. Make sure any VPN or Anvi-Virus is turned off.

I had that happen to me also. Sometimes it is easier to input the information manually. If you absolutely want to have it imported, log out of TT, log back in and make sure the Antivirus is off.
Indeed, my taxes were pretty simple this year so I just went ahead and inputted things manually. Next year they might not be so simple so I'll try the anti-virus shut-off and browser issues. Thanks for your response everyone.
I'm having the same trouble. I get a message that says "Success! We've got your tax data. You can return to Turbo Tax" but when I return to TT, the download isn't there. I have made sure all antivirus protection and shields are down. I'm not on TT Online, I downloaded the software. I'm on Windows, but my daughter had no trouble importing onto her Mac.
I'm out of ideas. I guess it's time to go manual.
