Importing 1099-B from ETrade if you have extra security feature for logging in

For my ETrade account, I have a Symantec VIP Security Token. Will I be able to import the 1099-B with this security token? If so, how would I do this?

I have turned off VIP Access by Symantec in the past which is my MFA for logging into Fidelity. I can no longer turn off MFA. Now, how will I import my Fidelity files?
